Unit Leader

 

What you will do:

You will be responsible for supervising the Crew Members that you work alongside with to ensure that the day-to-day tasks are executed according to plan.  You will work with the Project Engineer to obtain the assignments required for each day.

 

What you will learn:

You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on, real world experience in the Construction Industry through a management role.  You will hone your personnel management, relationship building and management, and customer service skills.
